The EVO 205DT combines powerful 8-inch chipping performance with a proven fixed track system for confident operation on uneven and demanding ground. With 260mm ground clearance and independent track motors, it delivers smooth tracking at speeds up to 3.2kph. A dedicated “Track or Chip” switch and folding operator platform enhance safety and comfort during use.

Built on a deep-beam, high-tensile steel chassis, the EVO 205DT offers exceptional strength and long-term durability. The large 1250mm x 700mm in-feed hopper allows bulky material to be processed with minimal preparation, while twin horizontal feed rollers and the Smart Sense No-Stress system automatically regulate material flow for consistent, efficient chipping.

Power comes from a 50hp Kubota Stage V diesel engine driving a heavy-duty flywheel with twin banks of disc blades. GreenMech’s Disc Blade System extends sharpening intervals to around 150 hours, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. Daily servicing is straightforward thanks to a hinged steel bonnet, centralised grease points, and easy-to-remove shear bars.
