The GreenMech QuadTrak 160D is a specialist tracked chipper built for roadside and highway maintenance. The whole chipper unit swivels 270°, letting operators feed safely away from live traffic. Powered by a 25hp Kubota diesel engine, it’s designed to work confidently on banks and cuttings thanks to a tilting track underbelly (up to 30°). A strong high-tensile steel chassis, generous hopper, twin vertical rollers and electronic No-Stress control keep material flowing efficiently, while GreenMech’s Disc-Blade system reduces sharpening intervals and downtime. Supplied with an integrated trailer, the machine is easy to transport, deliver and collect from site, and can be operated while still mounted.
